When the Christian worldview has been properly understood and embraced, we are constantly aware that we belong to God and this affects all of our thoughts and actions. God wants us to have a joyful (not to be confused with “happy”) and thankful attitude, even in poor circumstances. God wants us to give our all in whatever we do, regardless of whether others recognize or acknowledge our deeds. God sees all that is done, and pleasing Him is what is truly important. Finally, God wants our Christian understanding and influence to be applied in all areas of society, including government, the arts, and science.
